  1. Well, at the top..to enjoy the view..Yes. I grumble a lot about beeing a slave to my grass..and there at the top, I could take photos all day long!!! So YES!! Tell us more..probably Very expensive!

    • very very very expensive! this building is built directly on the former Berlin Wall (East Side Gallery). Allthough this 1,3 km long part is historically protected this Investor had good Connection to the town planning department. The made am big whole into the east side Gallery and divided it into two pieces. And the built up this first class nobless living appartment house. But the Price is too high. Untill now it´s quite empty there….

    • Well me too. I prefer this old house where i live with These old trees infront. I´m glad not to live there.
      Sunny windy greetings from Berlin,

    • yes almost…it´s berlingapore…somewhere in the middle of friedrichshain-kreuzberg…i just bought the appartment on the top…we just moved in…i´m hanging out with some coctails and some g…s in the swimming pool…great view over the hills…and berlin 😉
