Allthough this 1,3 km long part is historically protected this Investor had good Connection to the town planning department. The made am big whole into the east side Gallery and divided it into two pieces. And the built up this first class nobless living appartment house. But the Price is too high. Untill now it´s quite empty there….

yes almost…it´s berlingapore…somewhere in the middle of friedrichshain-kreuzberg…i just bought the appartment on the top…we just moved in…i´m hanging out with some coctails and some g…s in the swimming pool…great view over the hills…and berlin 😉
